        This set of welder adopts automatic uploading and plate-bending. The work piece is unloaded into the tunnel for automatic and continuous straight seam welding. Our assembly line is widely used in military industry, metal processing, pressure vessels, food machineries and household appliances among other sectors. The welder is mainly used for the straight seam welding of carbon and steel plates and cylindrical work pieces. The airbag-style compression can ensure the complete touch between the whole work piece and the welding copper pad, which is in line with the welding technology. Beyond that, the welder can also make holistic adjustment for welding torches and wire feeds and guarantee precision. The filler wire speed can realize stepless adjustment through DC machines. The insertion, raising and resetting of the welding torch are automatically controlled with stable operation. The mandrel adopts a cantilever body, which facilitates the loading and unloading of work pieces.
